Guide to Apply MM2H children studying in Malaysia
Children aged below 21 with MM2H dependent visa who are studying in International Schools in Malaysia required to apply for “Permission to Study” to be stamped onto their passport next to their MM2H Visa. To process the application, the following documents are required:
1. Copy of MM2H approval letter
2. Letter of Intent By MM2H main applicant
3. Completed Student Personal Data Form
4. Original Child’s Passport
5. A copy of Color Photo (Passport Size)- Child
6. Letter of Acceptance From School for the Child
7. A Copy of the MM2H main applicant’s Passport (Info Page)
The approval process will take 14 working days and the endorsement is on yearly basis.
Guide to Apply MM2H children studying in Malaysia- For Children Aged above 18
For children aged above, 18 who enrolled themselves in tertiary educational institutions or universities in Malaysia are required to terminate their MM2H Visa to convert into Student Visa.
We will act on your behalf to terminate the MM2H Visa for your conversion to Student Visa stamp with the following documents:
1. A copy of the MM2H approval letter
2. Letter of Intent by the MM2H main applicant
3. Completed Student Personal Data Form
4. Original Child’s Passport
5. A copy of Color Photo (passport size)
6. Letter of Acceptance From College/University
7. A copy of MM2H Main applicant’s passport
The approval process will take 7 to 10 working days to convert to Student Visa. A student visa issued by the Immigration Department is on a yearly basis, and your onward renewal will be done by the school.
